Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Refunds: We do not give refunds for change of mind or change in personal circumstances.
2. Ticket Transfers: Tickets can only be transferred to another holder via LatinFest admin or to the following year’s event with a $30 administration fee. Transfer requests must be done via email to hello@latinfest.com.au up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
3. Wristbands: Wristbands will be provided upon entry and must be worn at all times during the event. This helps our staff ensure a smooth and secure experience for all attendees. Wristbands are NOT-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. If you require a replacement, you must present your broken wristband and pay a $20 replacement fee. Lost wristbands will not be replaced, and you will be required to purchase a new pass to attend the event.
4. Changes & Cancellations: Please note that artists' attendance and all schedules, including but not limited to workshops, seminars, masterclasses, classes, shows, parties, and competitions, are subject to change without notice.
5. Performers/Workshop Participants: Performers and workshop participants must hold a Full Pass to participate.
6. Masterclasses: You must hold a Full Pass to attend any masterclasses.
7. Refunds for Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, attendees can choose to either transfer their pass to the following year's event at no cost or receive a refund of the amount paid. Refund requests must be done via email within 30 days after the last day of the scheduled event. An admin fee of $30 is payable at the time of refund.
8. Allowing Us to Use Your Image: By attending the event, you grant us the unrestricted right and permission to use your image in printed or digital promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, flyers, banners, and videos.
9. Conditions of Entry: All attendees must adhere to the entry conditions of Panthers Port Macquarie, including compliance with NSW Health regulations, responsible service of alcohol, and dress code standards.
10. Dress Code: Casual attire is acceptable. Footwear must be worn. Beach/swimwear, immodest sleeveless shirts, activewear and soiled clothing are examples of unacceptable dress. Activewear should be covered up when moving through the public areas of the venue. Management reserves the right to enforce dress standards.
11. Signing into the Clubs: Entry to the club is subject to relevant state government legislation. Non-members must produce photographic ID and sign in as visitors.
