CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Please note that artists attendance as well as all schedules including, but not limited to, workshops, classes, shows, and parties are subject to change.
TRANSFERS

If for some reason you need to cancel, and it is NOT DUE TO COVID EVENT CANCELLATION then you can try to SELL YOUR TICKET as we do allow for TRANSFERS. Please email the full names of the pre-purchased ticket along the full names of who it is being transferred to and the ticket type. A fee of $20 is added for admin.

If you are unable to organise a transfer, you can request a credit for the following year. A fee of $20 is added for admin.

Transfer requests must be done via email no later than the 17th Jan 2025.
REFUNDS

Under usual circumstances, we have a NO REFUNDS POLICY for pre-purchased tickets, as is the policy with all major festivals & concerts, we cannot issue refunds.

We do not give refunds for change of mind or change in personal circumstances.

Our online ticket system is through Trybooking, a safe and secure method.

We do not issue paper tickets and where possible, we are a PAPERLESS event.

Please bring your receipt on your mobile device and show the QR Code to be scanned for entry.
COVID TICKETING POLICY

If the event needs to be unexpectedly cancelled due to Covid / other circumstances by way of a change in public health directives and government restrictions

Every attendee will be entitled to either:
(1) Transfer their pass to the following years’ LatinFest event at no cost or
(2) A refund of the amount paid upon request. Refund requests must be done via email within 30 days after the last day of the scheduled event. Requests submitted after this date will not be considered. An admin fee of $20 is payable at the time of refund.
If you cannot attend due to Covid or other medical conditions
Upon receipt of a medical certificate or absence from work certificate, your ticket will be transferred without charge to the following years' LatinFest event. All transfer requests must be received within 30 days of the last day of the event.
Requests submitted after this date will not be considered.
PERFORMERS REGISTRATION
All performers must purchase a ticket to have access to the event. A performers discount is available for FULL WEEKEND PASSES. It includes access to all the workshops and parties at the main event plus the opportunity to perform.

MASTERCLASSES
You must hold a weekend or day pass for that day to attend the masterclass.
